Phase 2 of Masianokeng Lifestyle Centre comprising of a Motor City is already being planned.

 

The intention is to have amongst others the following mix of tenants:

• A Tyre Fitment Centre

• Motor Dealership Showrooms

• Service Station Shop

• A Drive Thru Food Outlet

• A Filling Station

• A Tile and Décor

 

The Motor City will be the first of its kind in the Masianokeng area. Like the Shopping Centre, the Motor City will create and sustain jobs in the economy, contribute towards the development and enhancement of Masianokeng as a regional node, provide new services within a single space and improve the quality of lives.
