Action Statistical Investments (Pty) Ltd T/a Pick n Pay Maseru with a (32.75% Shareholding) is represented by Mr. Sam Mphana, a Maseru businessman with many business interests in Lesotho, including the first Pick n Pay store in Maseru which opened its doors in 2009.

 

Sam has 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry working for some of the most well-known industry brands, such as the Hilton and Sun International.

 

He serves at Limkokwing Industry advisory panel.

 

Thaba-Bosiu Risk Solutions with a (37.25 % shareholding) is represented by its Managing Director Ms. Matokelo Seturumane, a renowned entrepreneur who started Thaba-Bosiu Risk Solutions on 01 April 2006. Ms. Matokelo is known by many Basotho for her passion for developing disadvantaged communities. She has 30 years’ experience in the insurance broking industry and has worked for well-known brands such as Minet Kingsway Brokers and Thebe Insurance Brokers.

 

It is through Ms. Matokelo that Thaba-Bosiu Risk Solutions adopted Boribeng Primary and Boribeng High Schools. The two schools are located in the remote foothills of Leribe district.

She is a board member of Beautiful Dreams Society, the only non-governmental organisation dealing with victims of human trafficking. She is also a friend of SOS Children’s Villages Lesotho.

 

MPP Holdings (Pty) Ltd with a 30% Shareholding, is represented by Mphoto and Ms. Pulane Thabane. This dynamic and innovative local company provides a range of professional property, project, construction and financial related services and products in Lesotho and Southern Africa.
